Your Computer Site License is for the use of the licensed software on school or church-owned computers. Usage is for students and faculty. The Computer Site License does not permit the use of software on privately-owned computers. The Computer Site License is administered by a school site administrator. This person has the responsibility of supervising the installation and is the only one entitled to technical support from MemLok.
Upgrades to software: Site License holders will receive the upgrade free if their original purchase was less than three months prior to the new release. If the time of purchase is no longer than a year since the new release, the upgrade price will be 50% of the current site license fee. Purchases over a year old will be charged at 10% off the upgraded software price.
